Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Director People and Culture is a new executive position that has been created as the result of a restructure. The Executive Director will provide executive leadership for people and culture strategies and play a leading role in driving the corporate transformation of the Women’s in the coming years.
The Executive Director holds responsibility for the strategic and operational services supporting the workforce, in addition to driving programs and outcomes across employee engagement and development. A key focus of the position will be to embed the people strategy across the organisation, optimising organisational performance and driving innovation in a changing environment.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated HR leadership experience, ideally gained within a healthcare environment. With outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, the successful candidate will evidence the ability to lead change initiatives that deliver real outcomes. A highly visible leader at all levels of the organisation, the appointee will think innovatively and have demonstrated ability to lead in large and complex environments. Essential experience includes driving effective organisational development strategies and engaging a workforce to ensure cultural change. Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are essential.
