The Role
We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team and assist in a significant growth period.

This role will need you to work in partnership with business division managers to proactively look at current and future business needs, and create and develop the workforce needed to successfully achieve the goals of the business division and the People and Culture business plan. You will coach business managers, providing support and advice on people and culture matters

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders in your client group to deliver people initiatives and outcomes
  • Provide support and advice to the business on their people practices including employment relations, performance management, change management, WHS, selection, remuneration & benefits and learning and development
  • Support the project delivery of key People initiatives such as a recently developed Total Rewards framework and cultural change program.
About You

The role requires an autonomous person who is willing to lead the delivery of the HR service, ensuring the team are aligned to support the Group’s priorities and objectives.We are looking for someone not only with the skill set to get the job done but to partner with management to help drive our strategic growth plans.
  
We welcome applications from individuals who meet the following criteria:
  
  • The ability to partner, influence and build lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated broad generalist HR and ER experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
  • Preferably some exposure to LMS and online learning implementation
  • The ability to demonstrate your success in managing HR Projects
  • Strong communication skills combined with analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • The ability to demonstrate and role model MTC values
  • Have at least 3 years in a HR Business Partnership Role
  • Experience using Chris 21 payroll system and Peoplestreme
  • Experience with implementing or improving Learning Management Systems
