• Innovative and switched on individuals who can bring fresh ideas to the department
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate at an executive level
• High emotional intelligence – Solutions focused, detail oriented, self-aware, empathetic
• Some one who has been in the game a while (2 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment)

 
What will your role entail
Assisting the department to source suitable candidates through;

• Resume and phone screening
• Reference checking
• Talent pooling
• Writing job advertisements
• Managing the internal database of candidates and maintaining communication with suitable candidates
• Utilising and monitoring social media, advertising and job portals
• General administrative tasks
