About the role

We are looking for a Global Mobility Manager to be responsible for the design and delivery of Mobility policies and monitor the policies effectiveness to ensure they are fit for purpose. This role will be the primary keeper of the mobility governance framework as well as mobility policies and manage any policy exceptions in accordance with the framework.

  • Lead the development, maintenance, implementation and stabilisation of Global and Domestic Mobility policies.

  • Responsible for the Mobility program governance and drive appropriate decision making

  • Responsible for design and ongoing review of overall customer experience and engagement programme within Global Mobility

  • Work with mobility service delivery teams and other stakeholders or service partners to optimise end to end service delivery and support policy queries

  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis of all Mobility policies to provide insight into relevant trends and practices and syndicate changes as required to achieve stakeholder agreement

  • Provide advisory services in support of, and deliver, Mobility related projects including new country entry/exit, Mergers & Acquisition activity, divestments and other major corporate activity

  • Work in partnership with the Area of Expertise functions across Employee Performance & Reward and Talent, with a view to ensuring a fully joined up and integrated HR model and business outcomes

  • Manages assigned commercial partners to ensure delivery of a cost efficient and effective Mobility service that meets business needs

  • Develop and maintain a compliance culture in the mobility organisation through improved partnering and education with leaders and HR and risk mitigation frameworks

 

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

  • Solid background experience in Mobility policy design and implementation within a global organisation.  Alternatively, a strong experience in HR policy design/implementation with extensive exposure to operating and support complex expatriate and executive populations

  • A solid understanding of the current business context around Mobility, emerging markets and application of policy & strategy

  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to simplify complex operational issues and communicate with a diverse audience across multiple sites

  • The ability to build sound relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, across a diverse virtual environment 

It will also be beneficial if you have:

  • HR or related tertiary qualification will be highly regarded
