About Them
Your new employer is a leading Australian financial services organisation. Their continued growth has resulted in the opportunity for a couple of  Instructional Designers to join their team initially on 3 month contracts. 

About the Role
Working as part of a small team, the purpose of this role is to design, develop and evaluate both new and existing blended learning solutions.  One will be involved in project work, initially development of webinar content, but likely to include a variety of activities for learning delivered on different platforms and the other contractor will  primarily be supporting a conference they are developing content for.

About You

You must demonstrate exceptional instructional design capability around designing new cutting edge leadership material.  You will need to apply principles of adult learning and various approaches to create engaging learning experiences for this high profile business.  You will also need:

• Experience using a project management approach to achieve business outcomes;
• The ability to work to tight timeframes; and
• Innovative customer focused and consultative approach.

Previous financial services industry experience is highly desired
