The Organisation

An exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join Australias largest youth development organisations. The well-established and highly regarded organisation is located in the heart of Chatswood and is offering strong growth potential for determined and driven employees who are seeking to exceed their career and work collaboratively within a team setting. You will be responsible in providing support to the Adult Training & Development and National Publications team.

The Role

Your new role as Learning and Development Coordinator will be to provide superior organisational support including but not limited to:

  • Design, develop and deliver specialised L&D programs including inductions and professional development plans
  • Maintain learning management systems and roll out learning platforms to provide solutions
  • Prepare reports to inform decision making on programs
  • Coordination of various events across Leadership and Learning
  • Organisation of training logistics as well as design and develop team learning sites for the various programs
  • Management of inboxes and calendars for various programs
  • Liaising with external parties to organise accommodation, venues and other requirements
  • On-board new staff members into essential training requirements.


Experience and Skills Required

  • Demonstrate experience in Learning & Development environment utilising Learning Management Administration software
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in providing Project support
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with outstanding time-management and organisational skills with MS Office experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, positive attitude with the ability to provide high quality work in a fast-paced environment.
