In the last two years, we have tripled in size, extended our service offering and geographical remit and are dedicated towards becoming the go-to partner in the services we offer.
A newly created role; you will report into the Sales Director and work closely with the wider Sales team in order to support end to end recruitment activities on multiple accounts across various domains.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial candidate assessments including CV review and telephone screening
- Interview coordination including technical test set up and client interviews
- Support the management of end-to-end recruitment: Understand the client’s requirements, support and execute appropriate recruitment strategies including advertisement campaigns, referrals, research, approaching and developing passive candidates, behavioural interviewing, and management of the offer process.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure optimal delivery of services to the Client and to ensure account profitability.
- Supporting strategic sourcing initiatives with identifying target candidate market, appropriate sourcing strategies and research methodologies to actively build talent pipelines.
- Candidate experience champion including but not limited to ensuring feedback is provided in a timely manner
- Supporting HR with on-boarding. This will include pre-employment screening and induction
- Work with other internal functions to continue to realise opportunities to optimise performance of recruitment processes and general service delivery
- Within the region of 6 months - three years + recruitment (internal or agency) experience.
