The recruiter doesn't necessarily have to come with prior experience but must have a desire to move into it and learn/be trained as they go.

He has consultants in there ranging from $65k-$90k+ super for senior level but is open.

Current team size in Sydney sits at 3 people and he's in build mode!

The desk will be a hybrid desk with a focus on growing the contractor space as well as perm.

The Role

Red HOT Construction & Infrastructure desk - for a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant. This is a highly lucrative desk that requires an experienced corporate Recruiter to come onboard to maintain and build upon pre-existing business relationships. You'll inherit a lucrative portfolio of high profile clients that will utilise your services in both the contractor and perm arenas.

• Sourcing the highest talent in Sydney via various methods:- candidate database, social & business media, attending regular trade and industry networking events.
• Advertising vacancies on various platforms such as Linkedin, Seek, instagram.
• Showing the highest level of care to both candidates and clients
• Developing within already strong and lucrative client accounts

Essential Key Skills

• Recruitment experience gained within Australia
• Operate with an inquisitive and consultative approach
• Strong relationship and rapport building skills
• Offer the highest level of service to candidates and client, excellent communication skills are essential
• Exceptional networking skills are essential

Requirements

• Minimum of 18-24 months agency recruitment experience; ideally gained within the construction, building services, infrastructure, civil engineering, white collar space. Our client is also happy to meet with corporate/professional services recruiters that are looking to change sectors you don't have to come from the construction/infrastructure sector.
• A high desire for business development mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels
• Confident working autonomously as well as in a team

• Up to $90k - $95k base (DOE) + super
