As a key member of the team, you will thrive on liaising with external stakeholders, managing training programs and be obsessed with planning. You will become the “go-to” person for the administration and organisation of the Training Academy
Due to a recent promotion within the Training Academy, we are now seeking a new Training Administrator.

Key responsibilities:
  
  • Taking all inquiries for the Training Academy
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation for course preparation and set up.
  • Supporting the Academy Trainers in the setup and preparation of courses, designing checklists to ensure relevant processes and procedures are mapped and available to the broader academy team.
  • Manage the communication and distribution of invitations, reporting and posting assessment feedback for technical and non-technical assessments.
  • Manage and drive external suppliers towards the achievement of delivery timeframes, budgets, and any other requirements.
  • Proactively seek new ways to engage and improve assessment processes and relationships with external suppliers for the future
  • Travel and catering arrangement
