We are seeking a credible recruitment professional looking to progress their career by providing on the job coaching and guidance to lead and grow our Software Development team within the Technology Practice. Hudson has a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region, and are looking for a communicative, team oriented individual to join the leadership team.
About the role:
- Leadership position in a successful team primed for growth
- Opportunity to lead the Software Development team to build our presence in currently high demand markets such as JavaScript, Mobile, Frontend, Full Stack, Java and .Net

About you:
- Experience as a manager, leading a team of recruitment consultants
- An ambitious nature, you have the drive and desire to grow a business whilst enhancing, coaching and developing the existing team
- An expert within your field, ideally in the Software Development sector, or could be in a different industry with a personal interest in Technology
- You are motivated by building strategic partnerships with your clients and inspiring your team to achieve the same
- You have the desire to make your mark within an established business
- A forward thinker, you have an open minded perspective as well as local market knowledge to leverage
