THE ROLE:
Dependent upon your previous experience, there is an opportunity to commence as a Recruiter, sourcing and managing clients and briefs, or alternatively starting with us a as CRM - Candidate Relationship Manager, where you will source and interview suitable candidates for listed roles / opportunities that the business is working on. Day to day may include:
- Be handed clients to work on
- Conduct your own sourcing for added benefit
- Take briefs and manage jobs
- Write advertisements
- Be supported by a team of skilled CRMs (Candidate Relationship Managers) who advertise and source suitable candidates

REQUIREMENTS:
- Recruitment is a sales role, so you will need to be an ambitious, confident and motivated professional who enjoys a sales oriented environment
- Recruitment isn't easy, so you'll be hardworking, resilient and career-focused with strong ethics
- Have a strong verbal and written English skills
- Have worked in Real Estate previously (preferable, but not essential)
