About Hunter:
Hunter Executive Search Consultants specialise in Senior level and technical placements for the Executive, Engineering, Mining and Oil & Gas sectors.
We are currently going through an exciting and busy period and have an opportunity available for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant looking specialising in Mining and resources
We will not expect you to be at your desk from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm or make hundreds of calls a week like some companies, but we do expect you to work hard and bill strongly and we will make sure we reward you suitably for this both in terms of financial reward and fun!
About You:
• Previous experience as a recruitment consultant - ideally in the Mining Sector
• The ability to work autonomously but with plenty of support readily available from Directors / Principals
• The drive to succeed, build relationships with clients and candidates and make commission
• Track record of strong, stable billing
• Ability to be professional with clients and candidates whilst still enjoying a relaxed office environment and a bit of fun
