Seven Consulting is currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to commence on a 6-month contract with the option to go permanent.
  
About the Role
Due to continued demand for our services, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our HR team in our Sydney office. The role will have recruitment responsibilities across Sydney, Melbourne, and Manila.
The position will initially be on a 6-month contractual basis with the possibility of permanency.
The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Identifying and screening suitable candidates within the Project and PMO space
• Developing and maintaining a stellar candidate pool for all our service areas
• Coordinating selection process including shortlisting, interviews, psychometric testing, and conversion
• Coaching and guiding the management team to allow for best fit
• This is a critical role where you will be working closely with the Managing Director and key internal stakeholders in our Consulting practice. You will focus on developing innovative approaches to delivering high quality, cost-effective sourcing strategies. You will also be integral in shaping our agile approach to direct sourcing.

 About Your Experience:
You are currently in a Talent Acquisition role (internal, agency, or RPO) with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on quality.
You will have a good understanding of how to source talent on social media such as LinkedIn and Twitter and will also be responsible for building and implementing social media campaigns.
