My client is the largest and most successful food retail franchise across Australia and have just launched in a big way into the International market. They are looking for an energetic, motivated and experienced Training and Development Consultant to help further enhance this function within the business.
Reporting into the Training and Development Manager this role will require regular travel interstate as well as an occasional international visit to deliver training on a variety of platforms. This truly is a diverse role that will see you delivering training to new and existing franchisees, Management staff as well as corporate head office.
Who are we looking for:
- An engaging retail training consultant or coordinator with previous experience in a similar position with proven results.
- Experience in the hospitality/retail industry. Exposure to a franchise environment is ideal but not essential.
- High level of personable communication is a must! You will be working with an exciting and diverse group of individuals on a daily basis. Relationship building will be key in this role.
- Someone with a can do attitude and positive demeanour.
- A valid drivers license is necessary for this role.
- Cert IV in training and assessment is crucial
The ins and outs:
- Development and role out of new training modules and resources.
- Analysis and planning of training needs for company owned and franchised stores.
- Put your knowledge and creative input to work assisting in the development of content for eLearning systems.
- Presenting engaging and informative workshops.
- Regular travel within Victoria and interstate, there may even be the occasional international trip!
