Our client is an Australian owned leading manufacturer, importer, distributor and supplier of aluminium composite panel, display equipment, print media and LED lights. With the head office located in Melbourne, as well as national offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. The organisation is seeking an experienced and professional HR Business Partner to join their team.
This is an exciting new opportunity based at the head office in Noble Park. The organisation encourages a healthy work life balance while encouraging an enjoyable office culture.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering HR related enquiries (be the face of HR)
- Conduct new staff orientation/exit interview
- Monitor and implement legislative changes for payroll e.g. ARA awards, rate and tax changes
- Provide end to end recruitment including ad posting, screening, interviewing & preparing contracts
- Design and roll out a Performance Development and Performance management system
- Develop and implement HR systems, policies and procedures that support the business strategy
- Consultation on Employee Relations
To be successful in the role you will possess:
- Tertiary Qualifications in HR or related discipline
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi task
- Excellent communications skills to include verbal and written
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Flexible availability
