Our client is a mid-sized chartered accounting group based in the CBD and they are currently looking for a switched-on HR Administrator to join this dynamic team.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Drafting and posting advertisements on Seek, company website, and university websites.
- Organising candidate interviews and making room bookings.
- Preparing probation documentation and set probation meetings.
- Organising training for staff.
- Updating staff information.
- Assisting with Graduate Recruitment tasks.
- Managing the leave approval process.
About You
You are in the process of completing or have just completed a degree in HR and ready to put theory into practice. The client is open to accommodate study day for the right candidate.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. As this role is heavily admin based, you will need to be someone who can easily follow process.
