In our Sydney office we are looking for Senior Consultants and Managers with a strong track record in recruitment, to help drive a highly successful teams to new heights. Established within the Sydney market and continuously growing, The Andersen Partnership works with many ASX, globally listed businesses, government organisations and professional services firms in NSW.

As a Senior Consultant you would be responsible for mentoring individuals and as a Manager a team. Expectations and challenge for the role are to; continuously building on the teams success, driving revenue and increasing headcount.

About you

• Minimum of 12 months experience in Executive Search/Recruitment
• Enjoys a challenge of managing an established client portfolio and team
• Has a competitive edge
• Has excellent communication skills
• Personable, vivacious & energetic
