This is an excellent opportunity for an individual keen to gain valuable experience in a fast-moving Human Resource environment. You will work with industry professionals and be part of a successful FMCG that supports the growth of independent retailers.

About the role:

The Advice Centre is an integral function of our Human Resources division and provides people leaders with day to day people & culture advice to support them in leading their teams and delivering business results. The majority of contact is via email and the P&C Advisors rotate answering phone calls from people leaders. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll do:

The focus of the P&C Administrator role will be to deliver all the administrative activities primarily generating letters and answering Advice Centre email case categories relating to systems and general P&C advice. This role will require a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills.  The majority of your role will include

  • The generation of letters revolving around the employment contract between employer and employee
  • Providing advice and solutions to line managers on HR systems, and correct process
  • Ensure that every call and email received by the P&C Advice Centre tracking system (Salesforce) is tracked, opened and closed according to the defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Adhoc administrative activities.
  • Collaborate with the Advice Centre, Talent & Acquisition, P&C Operations team and other teams as required to fulfil the role.

What You’ll bring

As the ideal candidate you will bring the following

  • Up to 2 years’ experience within a People & Culture administrative role or like role
  • High attention to detail
  • Sound grammatical and English literacy skills.
