Responsibilities:

• A stand-alone role recruiting Digital roles varying in seniority 
• Sourcing candidates 
• Screening candidates face to face and over the phone 
• Internal recruitment for a reputable Media company 
• Negotiating offers
• Arranging interviews
• Liaising with Hiring Manager across the business
• Recruiting junior and senior positions including Graduate roles 
• Managing a portfolio of between 10-20 roles at once 

Requirements:

• A clear understanding of the recruitment process from previous positions held
• Exceptional communication skils
• A desire to provide an excellent level of customer service 
• The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
• The ability to work autonomously 
• The confidence and resilience to liaise and negotiate with stakeholders 
• 4 years + of recruitment experience would be ideal
