Recruitment Specialist

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Specialist to join a highly successful global professional service provider who optimise their clients’ business processes and technology systems.

Reporting to the Director your role will be to provide end to end recruitment and support across the Senior Managers and Team Leaders.   
Your responsibilities will include:

• Attracting, sourcing and maintaining a pool of candidates
• Networking to secure highly skilled talent
• Creating job advertisements for candidate attraction
• Pre-screening and vetting candidates
• Work with internal stakeholders on interviewing scheduling and candidate management
• Reference checking
• Pre-screening interviews over the phone and conducting face to face interviews
• Record keeping and database administration
• Ad hoc Database and Administration tasks

You are required to have:

• Ideally 3 years + IT Recruitment experience
• Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Positive “can do” attitude
• MS Office – Word and Excel skills
• Excellent problem solving ability and time management skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with conflicting prioritises
