The Role
Although no two days will be the same, you will prepare, quality check and review staff rosters, back fill shifts due to sick or annual leave, relay shift changes and assist employees with questions relating to their shifts or rosters. This is a busy role where you will juggle multiple priorities, work to deadlines and use your lateral thinking abilities to problem solve on a day to day basis.
The Person
- To be considered for this role you will have at least some exposure to rostering or scheduling in any industry or environment.
- Previous experience using Kronos or Aurion systems will be highly regarded.
- You will be client focused, enjoy a challenge and be seeking a team orientated environment.
- A keen eye for detail coupled with the ability to remain cool, calm and collected in a busy environment will ensure your success in this role.
