About the Role This opportunity will suit someone with a proven track record of delivering high quality assistance to Managers on duties including administration of on boarding, maintenance of personal files and end of employment process.
The role is based in our Alexandria Head Office where your hours of work will be 9am – 6pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR generalist duties including administration of on boarding, maintenance of personal files and end of employment process.
  • Provide HR advice, guidance and support to retail staff.
  • Providing support with HR project work.
  • Manage the helpdesk and assist any employee Complete People and Culture Department (PCD) administration duties as required, which includes reference checking, registration forms, job offers and contracts of employment.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a HR role
  • Tertiary qualification in a Human Resources discipline or similar
  • High level of computer proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
