An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Manager to join one of the largest government agencies in NSW to drive and implement a restructure. This role will be a 6 month contract, based in Burwood.
The skills and experience required for this role are as below:
• Organisational change restructure implementation experience
• Experience with driving changes in a highly unionized environment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of change management tools and frameworks
