We are seeking a talented Recruitment Resourcer / Administrative Assistant to assist our National HR & Recruitment Manager with company wide recruitment and HR tasks.  This role is based in our Alexandria head office and is part time 3 days per week.  

The Role

Ideally suited to a recent graduate or someone who is looking to gain exposure in a new field of recruitment and HR, we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrative Assistant to assist the National Manager in our internal recruitment and HR needs on a national basis. The successful candidate will be providing high quality end to end recruitment support to our business including:
  • Assisting with the recruitment process on a national level across all divisions, including liaising with hiring managers, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, organising interviews, reference checks and offers of employment;
  • Coordinating the on boarding process for new employees including internal set up;
  • Managing/maintaining employee HR files;
  • General recruitment/HR tasks and administration as required. 
We are looking for a self-starter who can manage their own time, with ongoing opportunities for progression as we expand.
 
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Experienced in recruitment resourcing/HR/Administration (highly regarded)
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Honesty, integrity, team attitude & positive approach
  • Excellent administration and computer skills.
