Our success is reflected in our strong client base, sustained growth & excellent staff retention, affording a positive combination of job security and career progression.We are seeking a talented Recruitment Resourcer / Administrative Assistant to assist our National HR & Recruitment Manager with company wide recruitment and HR tasks. This role is based in our Alexandria head office and is part time 3 days per week.
The Role
Ideally suited to a recent graduate or someone who is looking to gain exposure in a new field of recruitment and HR, we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrative Assistant to assist the National Manager in our internal recruitment and HR needs on a national basis. The successful candidate will be providing high quality end to end recruitment support to our business including:
- Assisting with the recruitment process on a national level across all divisions, including liaising with hiring managers, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, organising interviews, reference checks and offers of employment;
- Coordinating the on boarding process for new employees including internal set up;
- Managing/maintaining employee HR files;
- General recruitment/HR tasks and administration as required.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in recruitment resourcing/HR/Administration (highly regarded)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Honesty, integrity, team attitude & positive approach
- Excellent administration and computer skills.
