As an experienced boutique recruitment firm, we offer a strong client base across Australia. We are an established brand having been in the market now for 8+ years with loyal clients in the Financial Services sector supporting divisions including Finance, Risk, Operations, Treasury and Customer Service, but not limited to.

We are a flexible employer who is looking for talented people to join our team. Recruiting across the banking & finance sector, we have an immediate need for an experienced recruiter to come on board working on existing and new clients. 

This opportunity would suit someone whose most recent experience would have been within a recruitment company either in the UK or Australian market, or within the finance industry, possibly with sales experience. 
Your responsibilities will include:
• Familiarising yourself with the client's requirements and taking a job brief
• Managing candidate sourcing including active candidate approaches from the current database or researched from external sources
• Qualifying suitable candidates including face to face interviewing or via skype
• Putting together a shortlist of qualified and interested candidates for the client
• Managing candidate's expectations and regularly checking in with them to support them through the process
• Securing placement including reference checking, salary negotiations 
• Onboarding of the candidates throughout the first few months
  
It is essential you can bring to the role, deep research skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an element of sales flair. Skilled management of active candidate approaches and positioning of client opportunity will be key to this role.

You will need to be a self - motivated individual who can demonstrate experience in meeting recruitment deliverables. Ideally you will be someone who thrives on achievement and can work very independently either in the office or from home. In addition, you will need to have outstanding communication skills both in verbal English communication as well as in written business communication.

This represents an opportunity to work flexibly. Full time and flexible arrangements will be considered.

We will also consider candidates from the Banking Financial services sector who would consider themselves a good fit for moving into the recruitment sector.
