C!NC are looking for a passionate and efficient Human Resources Coordinator to assist the HR Team. Based in Coogee, this is a newly created role to support operational growth. If you enjoy a fast –paced environment and have proven Human Resources support experience, this would be a great next step in your HR career!

The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and have experience supporting a HR team with efficient and proactive organisational skills.

The HR Coordinator’s duties will include:

• First point of contact for all HR related queries
• End to end recruitment and on boarding for new employees of C!NC venues
• Manage employee records
• Provide HR administration support to the HR Business Partner and General Manager – HR
• Facilitation of the performance management process
• Management of the employee communication process
• End to end HR system management
• End to end administration management
• Assist the HR Business Partner where required with learning & development, WHS and reward & recognition programs
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives to support business objectives

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong administration skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tough deadlines
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Full working rights in Australia
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
• Ability to engage and interact with all internal employees and external suppliers
• Ability to perform both autonomously and as part of a team
• High attention to detail
• HR Certificate IV or currently studying towards HR qualification
• Previous 1 years’ experience within a similar role
