About the Role:

This well-established reputable company, is looking for an experience recruitment officer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to fast track their recruitment career. No two days will be the same, the environment will fast paced and very rewarding.

Duties:

  • Completing end to end recruitment process: This including coordination and participate in all procedural aspects of the recruitment and mobilization processes
  • Organising Bulk Recruitment Campaigns
  • Proactively sourcing talent
  • Managing recruitment-related HR process 
  • Managing and collating applications and responses 
  • Assisting with internal transfers/secondments/relocations when required  

 

 Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in HR (Desirable)
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in recruitment (Blue and White Collar)
  • Possess knowledge in HR best practice in terms of organisational standards and processes
  • Sound knowledge of the mining/construction industry
  • E-recruitment experience with knowledge of recruitment systems/platforms and databases
  • Well-developed interpersonal communication skills to build and manage relationships
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Proven conflict resolution and influencing skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise well, supported by technology use
  • Strong administration and coordination skills with the ability to multi task
  • Capacity and confidence to make decisions and resolve issues
