Fixed term 6 month contract - Illawarra Region
Global leader in the coal mining industry

Our client, a leader in the coal mining industry, is looking for an HR Business Partner on a 6 months contract to work in the Wollongong / Illawarra Region with experience in all HR related fields ie. employee relations, performance management, succession planning, employee benefits, culture and policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

Business partnership and support to functional client groups advising on all aspects of HR
Guidance on policies and frameworks available to support people-related critical decisions
Resolution of HR people related queries with employees and line leaders
Delivery of end-end people processes such as onboarding, succession planning, organisational structure changes and performance management

Selection criteria include:

Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources
Proven experience in HR Business Partnering
Experience in SAP or Success Factors (preferred)
Great communication skills across all levels
Able to work in challenging situation
Possess a drive to exceed expectations and achieve results
