The Company
Our client work within the utilities and telecommunication sector, providing innovative technology and excellence in delivering high volume, complex infrastructure throughout Australia. The Role
Reporting into the GM of HSEQ you will develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through an engaging and people-centric leadership approach. This company is centred around innovation and they are on a journey to implement best practice and innovative HSEQ Solutions. The HSEQ BP will play a key role in projects such as human centred design, Champion the continuous improvement of HSEQ systems and culture through the identification of opportunities for improvement; contract management and Prepare for and participate in HSEQ audits as part of certificates and accreditations; including AS/NZS 4801, ISO 14001 and ISO9001. This role has a nice blend of corporate and operational scope.

Your Experience
It will take a special individual to win this role. You will be equally at home preparing and delivering Board reports, as you are rolling up your sleeves and conducting an investigation. You will have ability and proven experience in developing and driving cultural change with a complex, diverse business, but you have a strong commitment to making sure that the fundamentals are in place from a Safety perspective, and you'll 'do the do' yourself if needs be. You will be high energy and passionate - not just about Safety but about business. 
Technically you will need a roughly 4 – 5 years experience in a simular role, ideally within telecommunications, utilities or construction related environment (however not essential).  Experience in ICAM and the development of HSEQ documentation is also highly regarded for this role coupled with a Diploma in OH&S and/ or equivalent
