Aspect is looking for an awesome new Consultant to join our Local Government team. You’ll inherit a warm temp desk from one of our longest standing managers as he focuses on managing his two teams. This role will see you recruiting Town Planners, Subdivision Planners, Environmental Planners and Social Planners.

What will you be doing?
  
This is a 360 Consultant desk, working with councils across Victoria. You’ll be responsible for:
  

• Business development activity to build your networks and leverage off existing relationships within your team
• Talent attraction strategies to find the best talent within town planning, environmental planning, social planning and planning enforcement sectors
• Nurturing your candidate network, providing sound advice and managing candidate’s careers
• Using your networking budget to get out and about in the industry, cementing your brand as a specialist within the space
• Proactively managing the compliance on your own desk

What will you bring to the Aspect Team? 
  

• Passion, enthusiasm and energy
• A proactive approach to recruitment
• Circa 2 - 3 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a recruitment agency
• Experience working on a dual or temp desk, where you have been involved in 360 recruitment
• Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the importance of compliance and WHS responsibilities
• Keenness to immerse yourself in your industry to become a true specialist
