THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Learning and Development Specialist you will develop, deliver and evaluate a wide range of learning solutions, in line with the EML people strategy.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have Leadership Development, Coaching, elearning and Instructional Design experience
  • You will have highly developed organisation and time management ability
  • You can manage multiple tasks, demonstrating excellent priority management
  • You are customer centric with impeccable customer service skills 
  • You will have experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of adult learning solutions
  • You are comfortable working within a high pressure, high work volume environment
  • You have previous experience in a corporate coaching role

 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop learning solutions based on addressing capability gaps identified
  • Develop learning solutions in line with the strategic plan
  • Coach and support managers to assist them with development of their team members
  • Develop appropriate assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training delivered
  • Work closely with the L&D Coordinator to prepare and deliver professional sessions. Ensuring that suitable notice is provided to achieve desired outcomes
