THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Learning and Development Specialist you will develop, deliver and evaluate a wide range of learning solutions, in line with the EML people strategy.
ABOUT YOU
- You have Leadership Development, Coaching, elearning and Instructional Design experience
- You will have highly developed organisation and time management ability
- You can manage multiple tasks, demonstrating excellent priority management
- You are customer centric with impeccable customer service skills
- You will have experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of adult learning solutions
- You are comfortable working within a high pressure, high work volume environment
- You have previous experience in a corporate coaching role
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop learning solutions based on addressing capability gaps identified
- Develop learning solutions in line with the strategic plan
- Coach and support managers to assist them with development of their team members
- Develop appropriate assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training delivered
- Work closely with the L&D Coordinator to prepare and deliver professional sessions. Ensuring that suitable notice is provided to achieve desired outcomes
