Our Client is looking for a talented Learning and Development Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. You will design and manage a portfolio of cutting edge professional development courses delivered across specific areas of practice.

Our Client is a well known membership organisation / body in the professional services space.

Description

You will create innovative and commercial viable legal training programs and conferences to meet the elearning needs of legal practitioners. The role works closely with internal and external stake-holders throughout the development process. Specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the annual professional development calendar
  • Undertake competitor and internal program analysis
  • Work with subject matter experts throughout the development and delivery programs
  • Innovation in relation to new and emerging learning needs of the legal profession
  • Develop and manage the ongoing LIV online CPD program

Profile

You will have solid prior experience in a learning and development role. In addition you will have:

    • LMS experience - managing program development
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Marketing, Commerce, Psychology, Business, Law)
    • Experience working in a membership organisation or legal environment
    • Program development experience
    • Strong commercial acumen
    • Stakeholder management and proven capacity to develop and foster professional networks
    • Experience in working with subject matter experts to customise conferences and programs
    • Project management capability
    • High level of attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Initiative with the ability to work autonomously in a team environment
