We currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR/Recruitment Advisor person to join our HR team

You will be responsible for working with managers to secure the best talent for all operational roles within the business as well as providing HR support across a wide range of HR functions including remuneration and benefits,  employee relations, performance management and other generalist matters.

The role:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference check, offer preparation and feedback to ensure right people for the right position;
  • Build a talent pipeline for both active and passive talents to support Sharp’s growth strategy
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees and leaders on HR policy and process
  • Conduct exit interviews when required
  • WHS and worker’s compensation management
  • Keep abreast of latest employment legislation, interpret, research and understand award conditions, the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
  • Assist HR Manager in the implementation and ongoing management of bonus and sales commission programs
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and reporting 

You will need to demonstrate:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR generalist position
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation
  • Experience working within a Sales and marketing organisation (desired)
  • Good analytic and numerous skills
  • Demonstrated the ability to build and maintain quality relationship with key stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Intermediate excel skills
