About the role
This a permanent full-time role based at our offices in Toowong Towers, where your primary focus will be to build and maintain rapport with existing and potential clients and professionals within the healthcare field.
You will work towards monthly targets by maintaining strong ongoing connections with candidates and matching them with suitable clients. You will also assess the candidate's eligibility for the position by conducting reference checks, compliance procedures and interviews.This is a sales role and you will need to have a proven track record.
Requirements
- A year or more experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Strong sales experience and proven experience exceeding KPI's including targets and billings
- Proven ability to build rapport easily and a naturally outgoing personality
- Experience, connections or knowledge within the Allied Health or medical field is preferable but not essential
