Due to sustained growth, we are now looking for an experienced and talented Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager who thrives on providing excellent service, to join our team. Reporting to the Director, you will be required to service existing clients and candidates, source candidates for active permanent and temporary positions, as well as manage and strengthen existing relationships.

You will be based at our Mulgrave branch and will assist in servicing the Northern and Western suburbs.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:

• End-to-end recruitment,Advertising, Phone Screening, Short listing, Interviewing potential candidates
• Building on and maintaining Talent Pool of quality candidates for various casual assignments
• Delivering daily and weekly rosters to candidates for PSA clients
• Conducting Onsite inductions and Site Safety inspections
• Conducting regular client site visits and ensuring the relationships are maintained
• Assisting with business development activities including lead generation and solution development where required

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Successful track record in agency recruitment (permanent and/or temporary) and client relationship management.
• Advanced PC skills, particularly on Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience using Fasttrack will be looked upon favourably)
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to source and attract talent using creative sourcing techniques
• Strong organisational and prioritising skills with a high attention to detail
• The ability to respond to changing priorities and demands, and flexibility to attend to after-hours phone calls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
