In this busy and fast paced role you will be responsible for the recruitment of temporary blue collar positions within the Parramatta region. Although this role services our PSA accounts we are looking for a recruiter with a growth mindset who can unearth new client contacts and increase our presence within key accounts.

Description
As a Recruitment Consultant your key responsibilities will include;
- Sourcing candidates for positions
- Talent pooling for future opportunities
- Placing candidates into active opportunities
- Managing the full candidate life cycle
- Liaising with candidates & clients regarding their recruitment needs
- Reference checks
- Providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- General recruitment administration including database management
Profile
The successful candidate will display the following;
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or a sales & service background
- Passionate and delivery focussed approach
- A real “people person” who thrives on working in a fast paced environment
- A passionate and proactive approach
- Outstanding time management & organisational skills with a high attention to detail
