THE ROLE

If you have very solid administration skills and computer proficiency (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) then this rare opportunity may just be right for you! The role is varied, with a primary focus of co-ordinating the deployment of the firm’s global training programme. You’ll support the global business, leveraging relationships and communicating daily to your colleagues around the world.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the local Learning & Development training calendar
  • Coordinate and send out all training invitations to employees
  • Play a key role in managing our Apprenticeship program
  • Be a point of contact for training queries
  • Co-ordinate our annual Summer Camp and New Hire Training for your regions
  • Work with broader L&D team to develop training schedules and communications.
  • Coordinate all associated course and class logistics: room bookings, catering, calendar entries, monitoring pre-work completion, participant communications, distributing program materials, setting up classrooms on the day of training etc.
  • Source and book internal and external venues across the region and associated equipment and catering requirements
  • Prepare presentations/training templates and training material for facilitators. 
  • Produce reporting on training statistics – weekly, monthly and for other ad hoc requests. 
  • Manage training records
  • Ad hoc administrative and broader firm support as required
  • As a valued member of our global team, deliver on our global business-as-usual responsibilities while ensuring a best in class learner experience 

 

THE SELECTION CRITERIA

We are keen to offer this exceptional opportunity to an experienced L&D Administrator who enjoys a fast pace, quality standards and works well in a team environment. This is a busy role, and you’ll have a lot of moving pieces to juggle.

To succeed, you will need the following experience:

  • Previous support experience in a Training or Learning & Development context (min 3 years), ideally in the Professional or Financial Services industry sectors 
  • Experience in working with an LMS & e-learning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude, you will have a flexible approach to dealing with urgent queries and will prioritise accordingly
  • Demonstrated experience of co-ordinating large scale offsite training events
  • Experience of tracking budgets,recommending cost and process efficiencies
  • Comfort working as part of a broader virtual team and capable of liaising with stakeholders remotely
  • A passion for growth, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Computer proficiency (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline preferred.
