The Red Pack was named while completing a team based performance improvement program run by one of Australia's most respected companies. Leading Teams have worked with many AFL clubs, Australian teams and many organisations, but most famously known for the Sydney Swans Bloods Culture.

We have built our framework, coinciding with a massive, record year. Our brand is still growing and we seek to add the expertise of an experienced trade recruiter to boost our team.

You will recruit for a large cross section of clients across the country. It's a great job, in a great team. So above all, we seek a great person!

With in-house tradies off the tools providing Red's clients and candidates with intrinsic knowledge about the jobs, our next addition will be a recruiting specialist. We have so much to offer our employees, Melbourne Cup at the track, footy, REAL support and a great atmosphere surrounded by high performers. But we are also very greedy. We want the best there is, proven performers only, to complete the next piece of our puzzle to continue to lead the market.

Red have worked on all the major projects along North Terrace, large scale commercial solar farms across the country and man a large trade workforce daily across Adelaide. We have a very large workload in Electrical and now have replicated that in Mechanical. You will be supporting both and adding grunt to small teams that mobilise large trade crews daily.

Red has invested in leading technology and online portals providing staff with the resources to manage large workloads. This was the next phase of our investment in that ongoing vision of Success.
