This is where you come in…
We are currently seeking a highly energetic candidate for our People & Culture Advisor role that will support our Head Office teams (these include; Buying, Planning, QA, Marketing, e-Commerce and Finance). This is a generalist role that will business partner with our teams and focus on cultural leadership, capability, recruitment, engagement and the usual other bits & pieces!
Our candidate will have a demonstrated people & culture background in a retail environment (or FMCG or Hospitality); be a practical, down to earth, hands-on business partner with excellent communication and time management skills. Additionally, people will be your passion as you truly walk in the steps of your teams and lead strategies that impact our people at the heart.
