Your Opportunity

A unique opportunity to support KPMG’s growth strategy through driving our leadership agenda. This role will provide thought leadership, best practice and innovation to leadership development. At the core will be the development of flagship leadership programs that build capability coherent with our global leader framework and support the talent and succession management. This role will manage a small team of leadership SMEs and be responsible for the end-to-end design of our internal talent identification and succession planning process as well as leadership programs.

Your accountabilities will see you:

 

  • Drive the leadership strategy to build key strategic capability and support the firms growth
  • Form part of the Learning & Leadership leadership team to drive strategic direction and alignment
  • Lead, performance manage and coach team members
  • Drive a compelling, scalable and innovative leadership & talent development offering
  • Bring to life the idea of ‘everyone a leader’ philosophy for our people
  • Integrate leadership into the firmwide learning framework and ensure a close alignment with the client agenda
  • Facilitate and coach leadership teams across the leadership offering
  • Design the process for talent identification and succession management
  • Work closely with senior business stakeholders, Markets & Growth and the PPC Business Partners
  • Align priorities, budget, design, delivery, measurement and reporting to meet firm and PPC focus areas in an integrated way
  • Adopt a ‘global where possible, local when necessary’ approach in meeting capability requirements. Proactive relationship management with identified stakeholders locally, regionally and globally
  • Proactively lead strategic business case submission
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with external providers as appropriate
