Our client is a major civil and mining contractor operating throughout Australia, seeking an experienced White-Collar Recruiter to assist in recruiting and mobilising white collar civil contracting professionals.

It is essential you have had experience recruiting for civil construction and resource sector projects, mobilising to end-clients such as Rio Tinto, BHP and/or FMG and the challenges of also working with EPCM requirements.

Experience recruiting Project Managers, Site/Project Engineers, Supervisors etc. for civil contractors ESSENTIAL.

You will be responsible for advertising, recruitment, selection, and interviewing your candidates to mobilise in a timely and efficient manner. You will be liaising with the project teams and internal recruitment team, co-ordinating between site and the office on changing requirements. Some assistance with mobilisation will be available.

This position will run for an initial period of 3-6 months and offers competitive rates for suitable applicants.
