Due to continued sustainable growth we are looking to add a Recruitment Resourcer to support our highly successful recruitment team.

The role:
  • Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for client requirementsProvide outstanding candidate care expertise through understanding their motivations and potential, then supporting them to be job ready and engaged in the selection process
  • Developing and using creative advertising and social media strategies to attract the best candidates
  • Qualifying, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Presenting shortlists, candidate summaries and assessments and arranging interview logistics
  • Maintaining the online candidate tracking systems (Salesforce/Jobscience)
  • Increasing a quality candidate base through referrals
  • Providing a quality compliance process including conducting reference checks and visa checks and providing OHS administration
  • Day to day business administrative operations as required

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
