Randstad's Industrial team based in Hendra are looking for a recruiter to join the team!
About the job
The duties involved will be developing and maintaining relationships with pre-existing clients, becoming a partner to their operations in delivering exceptional workforce solutions. Part of your responsibilities will be sourcing and interviewing candidates, conducting all pre-placement testing specific to their roles and the ongoing management of your workforce.
This role is very diverse in what the successful applicant will be recruiting for, however you will be focussed within the manufacturing and warehousing industries. One day you may be recruiting for machine operators, the next process workers or forklift drivers.
The Hendra Industrial office is a small group of highly successful consultants who promote an outgoing team oriented atmosphere. The successful candidate will report directly to the manager, but will work closely with all members of staff to effectively achieve the teams targets and further develop growth opportunities.
In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in recruitment and/or account management, or be completely new to the industry. However, you will have had previous experience in developing relationships with key stakeholders and an ability to work to tight timeframes. You will be an excellent communicator, with a passion for achieving targets but must be flexible as no two days are the same.
