As HR Coordinator, you will provide effective and timely administrative support to a small HR team. You will assist with the coordination of key activities for the team ensuring a positive experience for employees.
  
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Administering the employee on boarding, orientation and exit processes.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to collect and complete data entry tasks and transactions.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and various departments i.e. Payroll, ITS to facilitate communications, support business needs and help resolve system discrepancies.
  • Participate in HR special projects as required e.g. formulate key HR processes.
  • Support the HR team with adhoc activities as required.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Company experience in Financial Services or dynamic companies such as Atlassian, Google, Mulesoft, Salesforce or Amazon will be highly regarded
  • Strong organizational mindset with critical thinking skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Proactive and able to take ownership – self-starting, works on tasks until completion.
  • Good multi-tasker – ability to effectively track and work on multiple parallel tasks.
  • Have an eye for detail and an ability to question information when the pieces don’t fall together.
  • Ability to maintain a confidentiality in the working environment.
  • Previous experience desirable together with an interest in HR.
