This role exists to lead key projects in APAC related to integration, stand and spin activities. Projects will be both for the APAC region or participation in global projects to be the interface with the region and represent the region. This role will be part of the APAC HR leadership team.

Description

  • Communications in preparation for Spin/Go live: be the HR communications focal point for AP and be the interface with the 3 brands as appropriate and coordinate the communications plans and needs at a regional level from an HR standpoint
  • Support the global HR communications planning and governance process as a member of the HR comms team
  • Support all Country HR Leaders with any ad hoc projects in preparation for Spin/Go Live
  • Facilitate APAC HRLT meetings
  • SupportCOE projects to drive the people strategy
    • TM - support the people review preparations
    • L&D - support the roll out of key 2018 leadership development
  • Adhoc projects related to office consolidation, OTH clean up, talent selection in specific countries, in support of the local HR people
  • Act as an HR thought leader and support resources as it relates to the onboarding of employees into HR systems and processes, including FDM process
  • Help align data and analytics to support a short term reporting process on basic organizational information to global and regional partners
  • Interface with key contacts in finance, IT, and legal functions in order to drive work to completion and keep accountability for work planning and support in the proper function
  • Be the HR representative on the Sales Incentive project team forAPAC
    • Support the project team on defining future strategy
    • Be the link with the broader AP HRLT

Profile

  • Talent management or change management experience is essential
  • Experience in a large complex business is essential
  • Experience Harmonising multiple businesses is very admirable
  • Organisational management is admirable
