The Opportunity
Our Trades and Labour Division is our newest and fastest growing division and services clients and candidates Australia wide on a contract & permanent basis. The specialist consultants in this team are leading experts in a range of specific trades within the Construction industry such as; Cabinet Making / Joinery, Carpentry, Plumbing & Electrical.
We are now looking to recruit two high calibre Resourcers to support our existing team and to help continue our expansion plans!
Your duties include but not limited to:
- Supporting consultants in a dynamic and fast paced contract environment
- Applying various souring strategies to identify talent
- Talent pooling of place-able candidates
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
- Previous experience of recruiting within a trades environment
- Bright, Enthusiastic & Passionate
- Open to continuous development and always keen to learn and improve
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Keen to develop your knowledge of the market
