Working with this retail powerhouse you'll be a part of a significant change program within the Information Services division. It's an exciting time of change for them as the entire business moves towards an agile way of working. As a part of that move the IS division needs to develop a new way of delivering content and information around how IT systems and applications work for users. 

This is a real opportunity to shape the strategy that will help radically improve customer service and satisfaction levels 


You'll be responsible for;
  • Understanding the current collection of content and tools for delivery of information 
  • Identifying gaps in the current systems
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop solutions tailored to their requirements 
  • Develop a new content strategy to match the IS divisions customer-centric vision
  • Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations on the most appropriate software and platforms to support the content and training strategy 
  • Work with internal procurement teams to select a suitable vendor and guide the implementation of a new platform
Your experience;
  • Extensive experience providing strategy and guidance around best practice for L&D and self service content 
  • Demonstrated experience working with internal stakeholders to identify requirements
  • Ability to understand how systems are related ( without needing to know the technical details) and develop content strategies to help users understand those links
  • Strong communications skills relating to internal written communications, requirement gathering workshops 
  • Ability to champion the new strategy to the business and work with stakeholders to get their buy in
