Description
This position supports the APAC People Services Team and has responsibility for execution and administration of internal total rewards programs. Responsibilities include; benefits leaves/absence management, compensation including base pay, long and short-term incentives, job evaluations, pricing, allowances, one-time payments and recognition programs
Responsibilities Include:
- Support execution and delivery of global total rewards projects and program delivery
- Act as escalation point for HR Advisors for the resolution of total rewards inquiries
- Assist with compliance and governance of all total rewards plans and programs including identifying risks, participating in audits and delivering corrective actions
- Evaluate and process, within guidelines, system transactions including job requisitions, compensation changes, job changes and one-time payments requiring non-standard calculations
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally working within a HR Shared Service Environment
- Experience across Compensation Operations, Benefits Administration, or Leaves Administration
- Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment
- Strong confident communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Strong positive attitude and strong work ethic
The preferred candidate will have localized Human Resource experience working in Chinese or Japanese markets.
