The team is growing! Our client is centralising their entire Talent Acquisition capability to implement a seamless, effective and productive solution across their multiple agencies and business units. 

This newly created role will coordinate end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities across all roles within a designated portfolio. The purpose of the position is to work with the business and HR Business Partners to deliver outstanding candidates and provide best-practice candidate care through attracting, sourcing, assessing and proactively selecting the best internal and external talent.

You will create a culture of talent attraction and mobility through a holistic, inclusive and genuinely engaging candidate experience.

The role will also be responsible for on-boarding, contract variations and changes within their portfolio, and work with the wider Talent Acquisition team on projects and continuous improvement activities. This will enhance the recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring Managers, whilst growing a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment requirements.

The successful candidate will be required to travel intrastate to regional areas from time to time.

ESSENTIALLY US…

Monica Clare Recruitment are partnering with Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle, serving the Hunter and Manning regions. Through its agencies including Catholic Schools (57 schools), CatholicCare, St Nicholas Early Education, it’s parishes and pastoral groups, the diocese provides educational, social welfare, community and pastoral development. The Diocese employs approximately 3,500 staff across these agencies, making it one of the largest employers in the region.


ESSENTIALLY YOU…

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR (or related degree), and great experience within HR in a customer-focused industry.
  • Ability to classify positions against awards and EA’s.
  • Ability to accommodate workflow increases during peak recruitment periods and can juggle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Solid working knowledge of contemporary talent acquisition practices.
  • Exemplary stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage, inspire, influence, coach and deliver!
We are currently recruiting a full-time role and a 4 day per week role, and welcome applicants across both preferences.
