Payroll Support Consultant

Joining this cloud computing consultancy your role as a payroll suuport consultant will be focused on the delivery of our middle, back office and payroll solutions built natively on the Salesforce.com platform. Delivering to our local and global clients within the recruitment sector.

The role is full time permanent and based in South Melbourne. There maybe some local travel required from time to time.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • 1st level case evaluation and response, either by email or by telephone with a focus on our back office products
  • Managing all communications to our customers to keep them updated on the status of all open cases
  • Root cause analysis and subsequent re-assignment of cases to 2nd and 3rd level internal case owners
  • Oversight and responsibility for team case resolution
  • Supporting the implementation team to assist them where required
  • Documentation of analysis and communications relating to each case within the case management system
  • Ensuring that 2cloudnine meets all Support Service Level Agreements
  • Escalating cases to management where appropriate
  • Documentation of product defects and/or feature requests
  • Deliver onsite or remote training workshops
  • Document common solutions

Required Experience

You may have worked at either software service providers that build and deploy middle and back office systems to their end customers or you may have worked at Agencies managing their middle and back office system implementation and maintenance.

You will have had at least 2 years experience in either of these roles:

  • Payroll implementation consultant
  • Finance system implementation consultant
  • Back office implementation consultant
  • Payroll Systems Analyst
  • Payroll Coordinator/Manager or similar
  • Contract Coordinator (HR not Engineering)

Other skills we are looking for:

  • Deep experience with back office processes (payroll and billing)
  • Hands on implementation or support of payroll or billing systems: Xero, MYOB,
  • Peoplesoft, PageUp, Astute etc
  • Experience in providing technical support with other related SaaS products
  • Experience in working with variety of Payroll and related back office products
